Jan 18, 2019  Super Meat Boy: Forever. On August 29, 2014, Team Meat announced a sequel to Super Meat Boy in development, known as Super Meat Boy: Forever, to be released on PC, console, and smartphone devices. A trailer for the game was released on December 8th, 2018 via Team Meat's YouTube channel. Fetus and Epic Fetus items are based off of Dr. Fetus, the main villain in Super Meat Boy which is a game by Edmund McMillen (the creator of The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth). This item is used in Challenge #9 (Demo Man). In the original Binding of Isaac, Dr. Fetus was unlocked by beating Mom's Heart five times instead of nine.
